Willow Wei is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Shanghai office.  Ms. Wei specializes in corporate finance and international intellectual property.

Areas of Practice

Ms. Wei's practice focuses on the areas of cross-border transactions, with the majority of them China-related, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, general corporate matters, international trade dispute and IP protection. Ms. Wei is experienced with a wide variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, due diligence, and bankruptcy. She also has experience in the resolution of Chinese-foreign business disputes and IP licensing structure.

Ms. Wei is a Shanghainese, and she speaks Mandarin and English fluently. Prior to joining the office, Ms. Wei participated in externships of major China law firms centering on IPO and IP practice.
