Areas of Practice
Yi practices in the areas of private equity, venture capital, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and business law. Yi has represented both target companies and investors, including major international private equity funds, in connection with their investment transactions across various industries, including media, TV shopping, pharmaceutical, food and health care. She has counseled PRC companies listed overseas in matters of corporate governance and assisted with their SEC compliance and reporting obligations. Yi also represented underwriters in Rule 144A offerings in connection with Hong Kong public offerings.
