Areas of Practice
Evan's practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation. While in law school he was a student associate at the Entrepreneur's Law Clinic where he counseled start-up companies on intellectual property and corporate legal matters including, nondisclosure agreements, terms of services, software usage/purchase agreements, and entity formation.
Prior to attending law school, Evan worked as a substation engineer for Sargent & Lundy.
