Alison G. Martinez is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles Office. She also is a member of the firm’s Parent Resources Group and Wellness Employee Resources Group.
Areas of Practice
Alison’s practice focuses on land use planning and environmental matters. She assists clients in obtaining project approvals and complying with a number of state and local laws, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and State Planning and Zoning Law. Alison has worked on a variety of housing, hotel, mixed-use development, and commercial projects in the City of Los Angeles and throughout California.

- Advising client on alcohol licensing and outdoor dining entitlement for a Hollywood hotel with 190 guest rooms and ground floor and rooftop restaurants and bars.
- Overseeing environmental review for a private, specialty medical hospital in Los Angeles.
- Processing a Specific Plan and environmental review process for 16 single family residences on a hillside in Monterey Park.
