Areas of Practice
Alex regularly represents financial institutions, commodity trading companies, energy marketers, project developers, and other energy companies and investors in complex commodity and financing transactions that primarily cover the power and alternative energy sectors and has been recognized as a Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in the Energy category for two consecutive years.
Alex counsels clients on bespoke and industry standard transaction documents, including project finance and power purchase agreements and other offtake agreements, and has extensive experience documenting and negotiating complex structured finance transactions, such as lien-based hedge agreements, and experience in project and infrastructure development related to bitcoin mining.
