Chidera N. Anyanwu is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Anyanwu represents employers in labor negotiations and throughout union organizing campaigns and elections. She also counsels employers on compliance with various federal laws, regulations and executive orders, including the National Labor Relations Act, the Railway Labor Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and federal and state anti-discrimination statutes.
Ms. Anyanwu has assisted clients with constructing employment manuals, separation, and contractor agreements, and has reviewed such documents to ensure compliance with state and federal law.
