Sheppard Mullin welcomes the submission of non-partner attorney candidates by search firms that have an active and countersigned fee agreement in place and adhere to the following guidelines to ensure proper communication and handling of all lateral non-partner attorney candidates.  General inquiries and follow-up emails can be directed to
