Sheppard Mullin is seeking a mid-level transactional entertainment associate to add to its internationally-recognized Entertainment, Technology and Advertising Practice Group in our Century City office.  The attorney MUST have 3-5 solid years of relevant transactional experience (motion picture and series development, finance, production, distribution and/or advertising) and must already be admitted to the California bar. 

Other requirements are high class standing from a “Top 30” law school, superior writing skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Preferred candidates will have had law school coursework in entertainment and media law, as well as knowledge of a foreign language (fluency is not required).
