Our Orange County office seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm with a national reputation. The ideal candidate will have significant real estate experience handling purchase and sale agreements, financings, joint ventures, and real estate due diligence.  The ideal candidate will also have general commercial transactional experience, and experience with entity formation. The ability to work with other team members and clients, and "take ownership" of projects, is essential. Top academic credentials and outstanding writing skills are required. Associates already admitted to practice in California are preferred.
