Our San Francisco Labor & Employment team continues to hit it out of the park and is growing rapidly. We are looking for two associate attorneys, with 3-4 years' experience, with high-caliber experience working exclusively on labor and employment matters, with a significant emphasis on litigation. Substantial experience with wage and hour class action cases is a plus. Ideal candidates will have strong litigation skills, including writing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and complex fact investigation and analysis. A strong academic background and writing experience is a minimum requirement. Candidates must have high grades from a nationally ranked law school and already be admitted in California.
