Overview

Caelum Kelly is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

While in law school, Caelum served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael S. Berg of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and spent both semesters of his third year as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. He was the Executive Managing Editor of the University of California Law Journal, and a teaching assistant for first-year Torts, Criminal Law, and Legal Research and Writing. Additionally, Caelum held a Research Assistant position under Professor Emily Murphy, where he helped draft an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court on a Federal Rules of Evidence issue that was cited in a concurring opinion.

Before beginning his legal career, Caelum spent nine years as a volunteer member of the Marin County Sheriff’s Office’s Search and Rescue Team.
