Charlie Spencer-Davis is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Areas of Practice
Charlie represents clients in matters in both arbitration and traditional litigation. He also serves on Nashville’s Sustainability Advisory Committee as a legal fellow where he reviews sustainability proposals, initiatives, and policy, and proposes green building-related programs for greater sustainability in Nashville.
Charlie is likewise committed to representing and working with his pro bono clients. He represents clients seeking asylum in the U.S. He is part of the team representing an environmental organization in federal court actions arising under the Endangered Species Act. He also works with D.C.’s Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless as a phone intake volunteer and advocate.
While in law school, Charlie was a legal intern with Global Rights Compliance. He also served as Chair of the Hyatt Fund at Vanderbilt University Law School. He served on the editorial boards of two student-run publications: the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law; and the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review.
