David L. Kanel is a transactional attorney with expertise in real estate leasing, development, multi-location and multi-state business and real estate acquisitions and dispositions, corporate finance, corporate governance, complex contract negotiation, human resources counseling and litigation management. He has more than 15 years' experience as an in-house attorney, and has served as Vice President & General Counsel for one of the largest restaurant franchise companies in the United States, with more than 300 locations and 9,000 employees nationwide. He is rated AV-preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts within California.
