Danielle Thompson is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's New York office.
Areas of Practice
Danielle’s practice focuses on a representing and advising employers in a wide array of labor and employment subject areas including: sexual harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful termination, hiring and separation, performance management, restrictive covenant and non-competition agreements, trade secret misappropriation, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, employee handbooks and policies, paid leave and sick time laws and policies, and internal investigations. Danielle also regularly conducts employee trainings on behalf of clients regarding discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment prevention, and respect in the workplace.
Danielle regularly represents client in the above subject areas before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration proceedings.
