With two decades of litigation experience, Liz is an accomplished litigator with a national practice successfully representing banks and securities broker-dealers in complex, sensitive, and high-stakes civil and criminal actions in federal and state courts and arbitration, with experience in asset-backed securities.
She provides tenacious representation focused on her clients’ interests and long-term business goals. Clients often come to Liz for advice concerning legal strategy pre-litigation, as well as for post-litigation consulting to implement learned solutions.
