Northwestern Law School’s Inaugural Practical Compliance Institute

This inaugural and unique program will examine the intersection between organizational change and compliance. Designed for pragmatic leaders in legal operations, compliance, and risk, this half-day program will provide operational insights and tools for navigating evolving regulatory and legal risks. This program brings together for the first time insights from Northwestern’s Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) and Master of Science in the Law (MSL) programs. With both faculty insight and real-world experience, this is a must-attend for compliance professionals.

Attendees will leave with frameworks and tools for their compliance efforts, helping them move from check-the-box exercises to sustainable change.

This session includes both faculty and alums from Northwestern’s program in organizational change. Panelists will explore how organizations navigate change, and common resistors to change. They will provide practical frameworks and tools that can help make change sustainable, giving attendees both academic insights and practical tools.
