Hayley advises content creators, digital media and production companies, studios, artists, and entrepreneurs on a range of transactional-related matters across the entertainment, technology, advertising and music industries. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting label and publishing agreements, live performance contracts, production agreements, joint venture and distribution agreements, licensing agreements, podcast deals, sponsorship agreements and influencer agreements.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Hayley worked in Business and Legal Affairs at a global talent agency, where she provided strategic advice on live performance agreements and influencer deals. Hayley’s background in corporate and securities law enables her to offer clients strategic guidance at all stages of their business.
