Justin Anslow is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office.

Areas of Practice

Justin advises public and private companies in securities offerings, corporate governance and SEC reporting. He represents issuers as well as investors, underwriters and placement agents in connection with both public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, including initial public offerings of Special Purpose Acquisition Corporations (SPACs). Justin advises public company buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. Justin also assists clients with business entity formation matters and general corporate law matters.
