Jonathan Borle is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Jonathan assists businesses in complex commercial and consumer disputes. He defends clients throughout the litigation process, including appeals, in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. He has experience litigating claims involving insurance coverage, breach of contract, California’s Uniform Foreign Country Money Judgment Recognition Act, and claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Jonathan also speaks French with native fluency, has a master’s degree in economic law from Sciences Po, Paris, and frequently assists clients with their french-language needs.
Jonathan is passionate about pro bono. He has significant experience helping members of California’s homeless population, as well as refugees seeking asylum.
Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Jonathan clerked for a U.S. District Judge.
