Alternative-Track Labor & Employment Attorney
We are looking for an attorney who wants to perform high-quality cutting edge work, but off the traditional associate-partner track. This position is an opportunity for a high-caliber candidate to be a fully incorporated and valued member of our close-knit team. Our San Francisco Labor & Employment team handles some of the nation’s largest and most complex cases, defending employers in high-stakes litigation. This position may be right for an attorney without a lot of big law experience, who wants such experience; an attorney who has not focused exclusively on labor and employment, but who wants to make the transition; an attorney changing jurisdictions; or someone returning from a break from the workforce or the legal profession. Candidates should have a demonstrated interest and experience in labor and employment, must be smart, driven, and hardworking, and must be willing to take the time to learn and develop within a high functioning team.
