Areas of Practice
Kevin's practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on antitrust and competition issues. He also represents corporations in business and intellectual property disputes.
Prior to law school, Kevin worked in sales for a prominent San Francisco technology company. During law school, he worked as a law clerk to Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai, as well as former FCC and California Public Utilities Commissioner Rachelle Chong. At Hastings, Kevin served as Senior Symposium Editor on the Hastings Law Journal. He also worked as a Teaching Assistant for a first year Legal Research and Writing Class and as a Research Assistant to UC Hastings Dean David Faigman.
