Overview
Kelly J. McCullough is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's New York office and a member of the firm’s Women Lawyers Group.
Areas of Practice
Kelly represents corporate clients and individuals in complex commercial litigation and government and regulatory investigations. She litigates claims involving breach of contract, enforcement of restrictive covenants, securities, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair competition in federal and state courts across the country. Kelly also has experience representing clients in international and domestic arbitrations and in connection with internal investigations, government investigations and enforcement actions. She handles issues relating to electronic discovery, including the preservation, collection, and production of electronically stored information.
During law school, Kelly was a member of Fordham’s Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot competition team and Dispute Resolution Society and served as an associate editor on the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
