Kathy Mills is a special counsel in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Mills’ practice includes advising developers of residential, commercial, mixed-use and master-planned communities in connection with the drafting and preparation of governing documents for their projects. She concentrates her practice on subdivision processing with the California Bureau of Real Estate and has developed an expertise in condominium conversions and homeowner association issues. Ms. Mills also has experience with commercial and industrial real estate transactions as well as representing lenders in such transactions.
