Areas of Practice
Krysti practices patent prosecution and litigation. She is well versed in the electrical arts (computer networks, communications, media processing, MEMS, semiconductors, e.g., memory and power electronics design). She is also well versed in computer software arts (e.g., distributed ledgers, machine learning), as well as in the aerospace, automotive, and medical device fields. Her experience also extends to inter partes review proceedings, technology transfer and licensing, and IP due diligence.
Prior to joining the firm, she counseled start-up high-technology companies on corporate legal matters such as entity formation, licensing agreements, nondisclosure agreements, terms of services, and software agreements. She also counselled these companies on IP legal matters including trademark and patents. Further, she conducted patent prosecution for the Department of the Navy. Krysti also worked in-house on prosecution, management, and monetization of a global wireless technology IP portfolio for an automotive and consumer electronics supplier.
Prior to entering the legal sector Krysti was an engineer in the aerospace industry for public and private entities.
