Areas of Practice
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bobo had an extensive career as a real estate broker. As an attorney, his primary focus has remained on real property transactions and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on real estate broker issues. Mr. Bobo works with numerous businesses, non-profits, and developers of commercial, residential, and mixed use projects in connection with matters including purchase and sales, drafting governing documents and disclosures, affordable housing issues, commercial leases, zoning issues, and real estate financing.
