His particular focus is on real estate transactions and land use entitlements, including multi-family residential, affordable and permanent supportive housing, and mixed-use projects. Matt leverages his expertise to aid in the application and analysis of streamlining options at both the state and local levels. In his practice, Matt primarily helps public and private developers obtain project approvals in California. His experience spans various types of projects, such as mixed-use, commercial, multi-family residential, and institutional developments.
