Moji Saniefar is special counsel in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Silicon Valley office.

Areas of Practice

Moji’s practice includes litigating business and commercial matters, conducting internal investigations regarding ethics and policy violations, and counseling clients regarding their internal policies and practices. She has prosecuted and defended diverse claims on behalf of public companies, directors and officers, medium to small-sized businesses, as well as, private individuals in their employment and commercial disputes.

Moji practices in state and federal courts throughout California and has also represented clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry and Regulatory Authority and California Labor Commissioner’s Office. Her expertise includes litigating matters regarding wage claims, fraud, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO), the Corporations Code (California and Delaware), the Business and Professions Code (California), the Americans with Disabilities Act (and related California laws), the Davis-Stirling Act, the Unruh Act, challenges to proposed mergers and acquisitions, breach of contract, trademark infringement, cybersquatting, unfair competition, and partnership disputes.

Moji also has extensive experience in responding to governmental requests for information and investigations, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. She has also conducted internal investigations regarding allegations of fraud, adherence to state and federal laws, and alleged violations of corporate policies.
