Nancy Grauman is special counsel in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Nancy has extensive experience in real estate-related matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and licensing of real property, with an emphasis on leasing work. Her practice includes telecommunication site licensing, broadcast tower site leasing/licensing and related access issues. She also has experience with drafting and negotiating easement agreements and similar title documents.
Nancy has handled complicated leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, including retail and restaurant leases with large national retailers and office leases for large institutional clients. Her practice also includes the negotiating and drafting of highly specialized data center leases (with corresponding service level agreements), as well as more typical commercial leases for office, retail and industrial use.
Additionally, Nancy has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of all types of real property, ranging from raw land to multi-family and commercial projects. She has also acted as real estate counsel in connection with large merger and acquisition transactions involving the transfer of multiple leased and owned properties.
