Natasha Domek is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Natasha defends employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment and failure to accommodate. She specializes in defending wage and hour class and collective actions. Natasha works with clients in a variety of industries, including transportation, amusement and theme parks, restaurant and hospitality, manufacturing, technology, entertainment, retail and healthcare.    

Natasha also maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting asylum seekers and serving various veterans’ interests. She is the lead associate of the firm’s veterans affinity group.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Natasha served on active duty in the Marine Corps and completed a 12-month deployment to Afghanistan.
