Co-Managing Partner MaryJeanette Dee Accepts “Best Law Firms For Women” Award From Working Mother Magazine

On behalf of the firm, co-managing partner MaryJeanette Dee accepted Sheppard Mullin’s “Best Law Firms For Women” award from Working Mother magazine at a luncheon in Chicago on September 19. Prior to the awards ceremony, Dee participated in The Career Accelerator Summit: Intersectionality: Challenges and Successes of Multicultural Women, a panel that featured multicultural women lawyers whose firms have helped them navigate the challenges and opportunities arising from the intersection of gender and race. During the panel, Dee discussed Sheppard Mullin’s implementation of data-driven initiatives while at the same time “thinking small” on a large scale by working individually with multicultural women lawyers to help promote their success.
