04.05.2018

Jacques Derenne, who leads the firm’s EU Competition & Regulatory practice in Brussels, is quoted in regards to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMS) being given state aid powers after the UK leaves the European Union. This is also part of the success of the current export of state aid rules by the EU throughout the world.”
