Sheppard Mullin Represents IMIA Group, Inc., in Sale to J.F. Lehman & Company
Sheppard Mullin represented IMIA Group, Inc. in the October 29 sale of International Marine & Industrial Applicators, LLC and Craft and Technical Solutions, LLC (collectively, “IMIA”) to J.F. Lehman & Company, a leading middle-market private equity firm focused exclusively on the aerospace, defense, maritime, government and environmental sectors. IMIA provides critical preservation services to the U.S. Navy and commercial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) and new construction markets.
The deal team representing IMIA Group, Inc., was led by New York partner Shon Glusky, and included partner Dmitriy Chelnitsky and special counsel Michael Koltonyuk.
