Sheppard Mullin Represents MHT Luxury Wheels In Combo With Wheel Pros
Sheppard Mullin represented MHT Luxury Wheels, a cutting-edge manufacturer of branded automotive aftermarket wheels and accessories, in its combination with private equity firm Clearlake Capital’s Wheel Pros. The new entity will be among the industry’s leading automotive aftermarket wheel platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The combined company, which brings together such leading brands as Fuel, KMC, American Racing, and Rotiform, will operate under the Wheel Pros name, offer a total of 22 brands, and produce more than 3 million wheels annually.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partners Stephanie Zeppa and Larry Braun, included partners Frank Dworak, Steve O’Neil, Leo Caseria, Michael Chan, Jason Kearnaghan, and Greg Schick; special counsel Jeff Kaye; associates Jon Freedman, John Crisp, and Omar Hashim; and attorney Paris Rebeil.
