Sheppard Mullin Steers McHugh Construction and First Hospitality Group in Chicago Hotel Refinance

Sheppard Mullin represented McHugh Construction and First Hospitality Group in a $112 million refinancing of the triple-branded, 466-key Hilton property at McCormick Place in Chicago. The property consists of three hotels in one: a 184-room Hilton Garden Inn, a 187-room Hampton Inn and a 95-room Home2 Suites.
The Sheppard Mullin deal team included partners Larry Eppley and Mike Roth, special counsel Terry Budny and Jeff Gardner, and associates Nika Palama and Lauren Mioduszewski.
