Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented ICM Partners, one of world's leading talent agencies, dedicated to the representation of artists, content creators, broadcasters, authors, journalists and artisans, in the sale of a minority stake in the company to Crestview Partners, a New York-based private equity firm that manages about $9 billion in assets. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner David Sands, included partners Keith Gercken and Jennifer Lee; and associates Aerin Snow, John Peshtaz, and Bobby Chipman.
