Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented American Paper & Plastics, a leading distributor of food service and janitorial products headquartered in City of Industry, CA, in its acquisition by Imperial Dade, a leader in the disposable food service and janitorial supplies industry. Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner Larry Braun, included special counsel Derek Rockers and associates Rambod Peykar and Joshua Demple.
