Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP announced today that John D. Tishler has joined the firm's Corporate Practice Group in San Diego. Tishler's move to Sheppard Mullin comes in the same week that distinguished corporate lawyer John J. Hentrich joined the firm's Del Mar Heights office.

His securities expertise coupled with his knowledge of the technology industry complements the emerging growth business being done in the San Diego and Del Mar offices." Added Larry Braun, chair of the Corporate Practice Group, "John's credentials and experience enhance a solid practice group that continues to expand to meet client needs."
Tishler regularly advises emerging and established clients on formations and restructurings, angel and venture capital, corporate governance, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures, with a significant part of his practice involved in the business, tax and securities issues associated with executive compensation, broad-based equity compensation programs and executive wealth diversification strategies.
