Areas of Practice
Osama advises clients on mergers and acquisitions; renewable energy project finance; venture capital and emerging company transactions; technology transactions – with a particular focus on cryptocurrency/blockchain technology, software licensing and commercial transactions; and general corporate transactional and governance matters.
Osama helps businesses solve problems, complete projects and close deals. He believes that his role as a legal adviser is not only a professional service, but also a personal one. He takes every opportunity to learn about the clients he works with in order to tailor a practical approach to meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
