Mr. Mallet represents institutional lenders in the origination, syndication, refinance, purchase and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans. His track record includes the finance of major hotels and resorts, high rise office buildings, biomedical research complexes and skilled nursing facilities. Mr. Mallet’s experience also includes the negotiation and documentation of acquisitions, dispositions, leases and joint ventures on behalf of developers and investors.
