Laura D'Iorio is special counsel in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.

Areas of Practice 

Laura’s practice covers a broad range of real estate and finance transactions, representing clients in the financing, development, construction, acquisition and disposition of various commercial asset classes throughout the country, including multifamily, retail, mixed-use condominiums, office buildings and hotel properties. Laura has experience representing institutional lenders and other debt-providers as well as property owners, borrowers, managers, capital providers and tenants in a variety of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, construction and permanent real estate secured loans from banks, insurance companies, and government-sponsored entities. Laura’s practice also includes the financing of affordable multifamily properties with tax-exempt municipal bonds, including negotiating with various local and state regulatory authorities regarding the acquisition, financing and management of such projects. She also has experience in the formation of real estate joint ventures and the representation of financial institutions in connection with the origination of warehouse lending facilities.
