Richard L. Kintz (“Dick”) is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the Del Mar Heights office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, LLP, an international law firm with over 580 lawyers. He currently serves as chair of the firm's Family and Closely Held Business Team as well as the Sheppard Mullin's Private Wealth Services Group. Mr. Kintz is a transactional attorney with a broad base of transactional experience.

Mr. Kintz acts as a Trusted Advisor to his clients in providing them with strategic advice as to business, successorship, and estate planning issues. He has served as Managing Partner at one time in the office of each law firm in which he has been a partner for the last thirty-five years.
