Overview
Tiana Garbett is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office. She is an associate co-lead of the Artificial Intelligence Team and a member of the Technology Transactions Team.
Areas of Practice
Tiana assists clients in a variety of transactional matters, including technology transactions, venture capital and growth equity financings and mergers & acquisitions. She has experience counseling technology companies and start up businesses and drafting agreements for SaaS services, intellectual property licensing and commercial contracts. Tiana has represented clients across multiple industries, including software, technology, cybersecurity, financial services, healthcare, food and beverage and entertainment.
Tiana also supports the firm’s pro bono initiatives through her work with immigrants and asylum seekers in the San Diego community.
