Tori Kutzner is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Tori represents clients in a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters in both state and federal court. She has litigated claims involving breach of contract, construction, fraud, real estate disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and other business torts in several industries. She has experience with all aspects of California and federal civil procedure, including filing pleadings, conducting discovery, and motion practice.

While in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. She also served as notes editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
