Robert White is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office and a member of the Healthcare Team.
Areas of Practice
Robert’s transactional experience includes the representation of both public and private entities in their acquisitions, investments, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures and other transactions in the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and distribution industries. Additionally, he frequently counsels private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in general corporate matters such as employment agreements, incentive plans and key commercial agreements.
Robert also advises public companies on securities law compliance and public disclosure requirements, shareholder activism and other corporate governance matters.
Robert previously worked as a police officer and adjunct professor of criminal justice, and he is frequently consulted as an experienced trainer of law enforcement on a variety of Fourth Amendment topics.
