Robert White is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Healthcare Team.
Areas of Practice
Robert’s transactional experience includes the representation of both public and private entities in their acquisitions, investments, divestitures, recapitalizations, joint ventures and other transactions in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services and manufacturing and distribution. Additionally, Robert has frequently counseled private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide variety of general corporate matters, including employment agreements, incentive plans and key commercial agreements.
Robert also has extensive experience advising public companies on securities law compliance and public disclosure requirements, shareholder activism and other corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Robert was an associate in the Chicago and Dallas offices of an international law firm. Robert previously worked as a police officer and adjunct professor of criminal justice, and has been frequently consulted as an experienced trainer of law enforcement on a variety of Fourth Amendment topics.
