Stephen Glatter is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Areas of Practice

Steve’s practice focuses on the representation of real estate lenders. He regularly reviews, prepares and closes of mortgage loans for securitization in capital markets, including loans for the construction and permanent financing of commercial real estate.

Steve also counsels mortgage servicers on construction servicing issues, post-closing issues, workouts, assignments of non-performing assets to FHA and interest rate reductions. He has experience with FHA’s multifamily and healthcare (LEAN) platforms, having closed hundreds of FHA commercial transactions in numerous HUD offices nationwide.
