Stacey W. Salters is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Dallas office.
Areas of Practice
Stacey’s practice consists primarily of representing corporations and other legal entities in complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving tortious interference with contractual and business relations, violations of the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and creditors rights in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Stacey leverages her broad range of experience and attention to detail provide her clients thoughtful, effective solutions.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Stacey clerked for the Honorable Jeffrey P. Norman of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Texas and served as a briefing attorney to Retired Chief Justice Carolyn Wright of the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals at Dallas. In law school, Stacey externed for both the Major Frauds Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Texas and the General Counsel Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office. While serving as President of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law’s Federal Bar Association, Stacey spearhead a partnership with the Houston Texans YMCA’s Youth in Government Program through which law students served as volunteer mock trial coaches to high school students.
