Suzanne Stafford is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Areas of Practice
Ms. Stafford focuses on breach of contract litigation and related business torts such as fraud, misrepresentation, commercial disparagement and interference with business relationships. She has extensive experience in the areas of construction and real estate and has represented owners, developers, general contractors, and design professionals in both litigation and transactional matters.
Ms. Stafford advises her clients on the legal and business issues that arise in litigation, arbitration and mediation. In addition to her construction and real estate practice, Ms. Stafford also has experience handling employment, real estate, insurance, and tort matters.
Ms. Stafford has been a Board Member of Community Forward SF since October 2018, a non-profit organization with six continuum-of-care programs operating in the city that offer emergency, medical, and transitional shelter to San Francisco’s most vulnerable homeless populations. In addition to her work with the homeless population, Ms. Stafford is also actively engaged in addressing the city’s larger-scale housing crisis.
