Areas of Practice

Tica focuses on real property leasing and other large-and small-scale real estate development.

Tica provides general legal and counsel in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing and development. She typically represents national clients in real estate transactions, including retail, ground and build-to-suit leases, negotiation of shopping center acquisitions, lease-up, excess land and outlot sales. Tica also drafts, negotiates and reviews operating, declarations, reciprocal easement and protective covenants agreements.

Tica's background has exclusively been in-house counsel for two major national retailers handling all matters regarding owner or leased real estate holdings, including acquiring, disposing of and/or lease single-user lots/outlots or excess space, and shopping center/multi-use centers.
