Areas of Practice

Vincent’s practice covers patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright, and false advertising, and commercial litigation. He has worked with computer science and electrical technologies including computer software and hardware (e.g. artificial intelligence, machine and deep learning, natural language processing, computer and network security, legal informatics, wireless and broadband communications, mobile technology, and online gaming) and molecular biology and bioengineering technologies (e.g. medical devices, engineered genetics, and immunology).
