Wendy's practice covers patent, trade secret, trademark, and false advertising litigation. She has experience in various fields of technology, including wireless and broadband communications, electronic devices, medical devices, semiconductor devices, and computer software. She has litigated before U.S. Federal Courts and the International Trade Commission.
Wendy is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Before practicing law, Wendy was an engineer at VIA Telecom and Nortel, where she developed physical layer and signal processing software and hardware for wireless handsets and base stations.
